Product Description 
The shaft on which the rolls are mounted is of special  steel and is carried in self aligning cylindrical double roller bearings of adequate size and capacity, fitted in housings and well sealed with labyrinths to prevent possible entry of dust, foreign particles or moisture. The gap between the rolls can be adjusted with the help of setting the position of the floating roll. This is done by adjustment bolts and insertion or removal of steel strips provided with the equipment. Drive to both rolls is through individual flywheels which may be driven by a single motor or separately by two motors.

Product Description
Raymond Mill (Raymond Grinder) is suitable for producing minerals powder, which is widely used in the fields of metallurgy, building materials, chemical, and mining industry. It can be used to grinding the material that Moh's hardness degree is below 7 , and humidity is in 6% non-flammable explosive minerals' processing. The final product size is adjustable as required in the range of 100-325 meshes ( 0.125mm -0.044mm). Raymond Mill is made up of the Mainframe, Separator, Pipeline System, Air Blower, Jaw Crusher, Hopper Elevator, Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder, and Electric Control Motor and so on (for details see underlying graph of installation)

Product Description 
Spiral Separator, the stuff of different weights falls at different speeds in the fluid. The indented cylinder is used for re-separation of different shapes and densities broken mine powder and other impurities. It can eliminate the dust in the mine powder.
